how create contacts from email sent to several people?

I've received an email that has about 90 recipients. Is there anyway to
generate separate contact entries for each recipient?

Open Outlook and look for "mail merge" in Help.

No. Not natively, unless you want to R click each entry and use "Add to
Contacts..." from the context menu. There are third party applications that
will do this for you.
