How create table from field elements

Hallo to everyone .... i'm new to access
One problem that i cant resolve is how create a table insertin
automatically in the field name the elements that came from a list o
another table:

example:

table 1:

field
------
a
b
c
d



i desire will convert in table 2 :

field a | field b | field c | fiels d |

Is this a small database? Would it be easier to just
rename the fields?
Is your question how to use the records in a given table
as fields in another?
Possibly you want to make a subtable or a lookup field,
but I am not sure. Any experts out there?

This sounds like either (a) a pivot table (try looking this up in help) or
(b) a Design Problem.

In either case, a little more detail might help.
