How develope word report in Microsoft Word 2003?

Hi,
I want to develope word report in Microsoft Word 2003,and use oracle
9i,which is in B/S environment.At client,user open the report with IE,and
user can modify the word content.
I don't known how to do it,who can tell me the design method?
If you have a ready example,can you send to my mailbox?
