Hi Defire,
It depends on how complex you need to get in terms of purpose, directional (reporting) lines, pictures etc, whether Word can meet
your needs, but the basic layout types/tools are in
Insert=>SmartArt=>Hierarchy, with a couple of additional SmartArt choices, such as a 'Picture Organization chart' via
Office Button=>New
and search there on 'SmartArt'.
