How do a make a table from a graph?

If the graph was created with MS Graph, it is based on a data sheet that is
already tabular. You can copy the contents of this table and paste it into
Word directly. You can also go the other way, selecting a table in a Word
document and then using Insert | Chart to create a graph with the values in
the table automatically entered in the data sheet.
