Hi,
Where does the preferences.dat file and the toolbar.dat file need to be
stored on a vista PC to covert 2003 files to 2007?
I just tried converting using Onenote 2007 SP1, and the notefiles have
coverted, but all the tags in my notes are corrupted in the tag summary. Also
my "menu" of tags is not showing - it just shows the defaults I think.
I stored both files in a file I created here
C>Users>Paul>AppData>Roaming>Microsoft>Onenote
(both files where copied over from an XP machine)
Can you also please advise how to reset the conversion (ie get Onenote 2007
to covert files again) on opening. Is a system restore sufficient?
