How do customers Log on to see the schedule in a published projec

I'm new to project online and I want my customers to be able to view
schedules. How do they access the schedule and what programs do they need on
their computer to do it if any?

KB,

your customers require a windows loggon or a forms authentication loggon,
then you can create a Project Server user and assign the appropriate access.
In regards what your customer needs, they need access to your PWA site and
would need to download the Project Server ActiveX components. Once they have
done this, they should be fine.
Please also note, you either need to give your customer VPN access to your
domain, or you need to set up project server to be accessable via the
extranet.
Hope this helps

Marc,
That is the main thing, how do you get Project Web Access to work on an
Extranet? I have setup other Sharepoint sites to work on the
Internet/Extranet. However, I am still unable to get PWA working 100% on the
internet. Either I get the Logon, and then it tries to redirect back to the
internal link. Or I just get nothing. I have messed with Alternate Access
Mappings, Application Extending, etc. Still can't seem to get this going. Any
assistance with this, or where to find assistance would be helpful.
Thanks,
Will

Hi Will,

the answer to your question is yes, you can set up PWA on be accessable on
an extranet. Check out the TechNet sites for Project Server, I believe that
there are articles that are able to help you with that
