Hi,
You can add the outlook PST file from you laptop hard drive to outlook on
your desktop.
Go to the control panel and open the mail icon. Depending on the version of
windows and internet explorer you have the following may differ slightly.
You want to add a new data file to outlook click on the add button and browse
to the location of the laptop pst file. It will be locate in e:\ documents
and settings\<Username>\Local Files\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\ The
main file is normally called Outlook.pst. (Note that to be able to browse to
this folder you will need to diplay hidden files and folders).

The other way to do it would be in import the same file to outlook on your
desktop this would add the content of your laptop outlook to the content of
your desktop computer. The first way will keep the content seperate in two
folder in outlook.

Hope this helps
George
