How do I access microsoft office without knowing the cd key?

My Computer technician after having formatted my pc has reinstalled my OFFICE
2000. How do i start using it without me knowing my CD KEY?

Dear Noel,

Uinfortunately to stop piracy, Microsoft Office require that you use the
CD-KEy to use their products. This stops there software from being used on
100 computers, but them only getting paid once for it. You will have to
contact your computer technician and ask him for the CD key. If the key fails
(As on some versions of office you are only able to install the programs on a
certain ammount of computers eg. 3) You will have to buy OFFICE again. Or
find a friend or member of family that has not used their computer limit on
their OFFICE CD.

If your tech has already reinstalled Office 2000, you don't need the product
key. Apparently, he took care of that. You use the product key to install
the software, not to use the software.
