Need a little more info here.
The easiest way, and this assumes your home machine is connected to the
internet via broadband, will be to set up either remote assistance if using
XP or something like the free VNC product. Both will allow you to take
control of your machine.
However, *beware* that you don't leave the security wide open on your
machine lest someone of an unscrupuolous nature manages to get access.
Another possibly safer way which will certainly allow you to read (but not
send) mail is to set up an a/c on your work machine, making sure that you
leave the messages on the server. Then you can manage things normally when
you get home.
