How do I access the Business Tools Menu in Business Contact Mgr?

I am having a problem with Business Contact Manager. I just reinstalled it
and found a reference to the Business Tool Menu. I cannot access this. Also,
under a contact where any email with reference to that contact is normally
located, I have all of my emails. How can I put it back to the original
status. I cannot add anything to the contact info because all of my in box
appears under each name.

For the first problem... BCM isn't loading in your profile. Check in the
Mail applet in control panels. Double click it (with Outlook closed). Go to
the DAta Files button and see if BCM is listed there.

For the second problem... you have a forms cache issue. Use the following
steps to clear your forms cache.

Tools, Options.
Click the Other tab.
Click Advanced Options
Custom Forms
Manage Forms
Clear Cache

Thanks for the help. I didn't phrase my question properly the first time. I
cannot access the BCM Help menu. It's not there.

Also, when I first installed BCM, in the business contact form, I was able
to use the add buttons in the lower area of the form. Now, the one add
button is gray'd and instead of just the emails that apply to that person at
the bottom of the form, I now have my entire inbox under business contact
name. I don't know when this changed or how to change it back to only having
the emails that apply to that person. I did go thru and do what was
suggested but it didn't bring back the emails in the contact box - I still
have my entire inbox under each name.

Thanks in advance for the help,
