How do I access the Command Bar Tag property?

I have a report that I need to change the record source
behind depending on which menu bar option the user
selects. I would like to use the tag property of the menu
option they've chosen in a select statement to change the
record source during the On Open event of my report. I
have set the tag property for each of the menu options but
I can't seem to figure out the proper code statements to
access the information. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated!
