How do I access the Research Task Pane in Word (XP)?

I am only able to access the New Document and Search Panes. I was told there
is a Research Task Pane but have not found it in the "Customize" categories.

Sorry, the Research Pane feature was introduced in Office 2003 (Word 2003).

The Research task pane isn't in Office XP. It was first introduced in
Office 2003. See
