Frustrated With Learning Essentials

I cannot access the tutorials in Learning Essential. I get a message that
says:
"Learning Essentials cannot find the file ([Content
Dir]\studnet\HM\Tutorial..) This occurs not matter what tutorial I click on.

I have removed and reinstalled the program (Student with Premium Encarta
2007) but it does not help.

What can I do?

Did you download Learning Essentials from microsoft.com or obtain customized
content on a CD from someone?

Frustrated With Learning Essentials

Learning Essentials is on the original CD- Microsoft Student with Encarta
2007.

I also downloaded from the Microsoft website to see if that one would work
and it did not.

Frustrated With Learning Essentials

I originally installed Learning Essentials from the Student with PRemium
Encarta 2007. When it didn't work, I went to the download center and
downloaded Learning Essential. It still didn't work. The only part of the
Learning Essentials that does not work is the Tutorials.

If you weren't using customized content then my suggestion was going to be
to try uninstalling it and downloading it and installing it from
Microsoft.com but it sounds like you already tried that.

I did spot this in the Readme file:
-----------
Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 is required for Learning Essentials tutorials

Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 or later is required to use the Learning
Essentials tutorials. If Flash is not installed on client computers, users
will receive an error message when they attempt to access some features.

To download the latest free version of the Macromedia Flash Player, go to
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
-----------

Perhaps it applies?
