How do I access timesheets that were not approved after period clo

I have several users who have been entering time into the web but have been
using "save changes" instead of "Update". These are not being sent to the
project manager and have not been updated back into the actuals of the
project.

Does anyone know how I can access these old entries and re-submit them so
that they can be approved and posted to the project?

If they have been saving the entries, just have then click the "update all"
button. And you can apply all of the updates at once. If they have not been
saving them, I believe you are out of luck.

Barb, try the following.
On PWA go to the Resource Tab, go to the link "adjust actuals" ( I hope you
have the access rights). choose the user you wish to update. click apply and
you will see the timesheet of the user. You can click on the "update" button
and I believe the time is send for approval.
Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I went into PWA and did as you suggested but when I
click on "Update Actuals" it pops up a box with "There is no new information
on tasks to update". If I retype the hours for one day (they are red) it
will then take them and tell me they have been sent to the project manager.
When I go into the "Updates" page he is listed under another team lead, but
he is there at least with the red hours showing up for the entire week.

Does this mean I have to go into every task, for every employee that has
done this over the last year and manually change one day to get it to upload?

Hi Barb,

I wasnt sure if it shows the values the resource entered. Obiously not :)
The easiest way to deal with this is to simply ask the resource to click on
"update all" within their timesheet. This will give you the updates.

Alternetafly you may be able to log in as this resource and click the update
all button for them. This should also solve the issue.

I hope this helps
