How do I activate a product after getting a new PC?

I just bought a new PC and put OneNote on it. My previous desktop had a copy
and my notebook was the original PC it was loaded on. I now get a message on
my new PC that it needs to be activated but I can't because it says i've gone
beyond the limit. How can I get pass this?

I had activated my copy too many times and had to use the telephone method
of activating it on my last install. That should work for you.
