how do i activate onenote fully instalation enable

Since i have the onenote on my windows xp pc, but it always sk for activate
instalation fully to enable the features, but every time i try, it always
fails saying try internet is connected, although it's been connected......

Please let me know a way how i can install fully!!!!!!!
