how do i activate onenote?

i am having problems activating the trial version of onenote,i keep gettting
error message that i dont have internet connection which i do and logged on.

Can you temporarily turn off your firewall or set an exeption on it for the
activation software?

This error has also occurred during times of great bandwidth usage against
MS' activation servers. Usually retrying a few hours later lets the
activation work.
