How do I activate "Voting and Tracking Options"--Grayed-out???

In the message, click Options.

Under Voting and tracking options, select the Request a delivery receipt for
this message or the Request a read receipt for this message check box.

Is this a home or company installation of Outlook? If a company installation, it has probably been disabled through policies decided by the IT department in conjunction with your management.

I can get receipts for ALL MESSAGES I SEND, but am unable to do INDIVIDUAL
e-mails. Can someone help me, please?
