How do I add 2013 holiday dates to Outlook 2003 SP3?

Yes, I would consider a "real newsreader" and if you will recommend one and
how to get it

For most people, Outlook Express or Windows Mail (depending on whether you
have Windows XP or Vista) or Windows Live Mail (for either) is adequate. Some
people like Xnews, some Forte Agent. Google will easily find either.
Thunderbird also contains a newsreader.
