How do I add a button to every new email message?

I am currently using Outlook 2003. I need help adding a button to my emails.
What I'm trying to achieve is a button which will allow me to attach a
preassigned message to be added within the body of the message. I work for a
doctor's office and we need a confidencial form to be posted before every fax
or email we send out, not encluding personal emails.

I've been able to add a button to the new message, however I'm not sure how
to assign a target for the preassigned message to be added in the body.

We use email to fax via efax so adding this form to my emails is very
important because of the flow of information in and out of this office.

Also is there a way to directly assign the target to a shared file, like off
of exchange?

The easiest way to do this might be to add a signature to Outlook containing
the confidentiality information. Then you can just insert the signature.

Is there a way to assign different signatures on the same Outlook account? A
lot of my coworkers sign their faxes and emails with more contact
information. It would be nice to assign theirs and also add the "HIPPA" form.

BTW I was looking online and I thought you were from JC, TN. I work at the
Bristol Hospital.

Depends on your Outlook version and mail editor. If it's WordMail, you can
add only one signature per message, but you could put the other information
in an AutoText entry.

Diane Poremsky is in JC. I'm in Arlington, VA.

I know this sounds stupid, but how do I find out what my mail editor is? All
I know is I click on new message or send as attachment and the new message
pops up. It's the same new message that pops up when I do it in Outlook. And
if it's not Wordmail, how can I change that? And what type of changes will
that mean for email? Will I still have the same abilities and for those even
less computer savy than I, will it look and work the same as the old editor
we were using?

Tools | Options | Mail Format -- there's a box at the top to select or
disable WordMail as the editor. The WordMail editor gives you access to all
of Word's formatting and layout features.

Okay, sounds silly, but when I go to the location to where you spoke the
options are grayed out. Is there somethign I'm missing?

But is the WordMail box checked or unchecked? Your network administrator may
be using a policy to enforce one editor or the other. Also, you can tell if
you open an Outlook message and look on the Insert menu. If you see a
Signature command, you're using the regular editor.

The box is unchecked. I guess I should ask the admin to find out what
policies we're using. Thanks for all your help.
