How do I add a Company Logo Into a presentation

S

Shanley Hacking

I want to add a company logo on a slide presentation, I have tried to cut and
paste, it does work, but it looks blocked squared and part of the backgound
is blotted out because the logo shape is square from cutting it to paste it,
and not in the shape it should be to look natural. Like it was not cut and
placed in.
I hope this makes sence....

Stanley,
It sounds like you are working with a PowerPoint slide presentation. If
that is the case you are in the wrong newsgroup. This group is dedicated
to Microsoft Project. I suggest you post to a newsgroup that works with
MS PowerPoint.

Just as a general comment. company logos are often in a non-standard
format that does not conveniently lend itself to a normal cut and paste.
You may want to try converting the logo to a more standard format (i.e.
gif, jpeg, etc.). Otherwise I would just try different approaches (e.g.
cut it larger to start with, use an intermediate app to re-format it,
etc.).
