How do I add a follow up folder to each mailbox

I use SBS server 2003 with Exchange server 2003 and with Outlook 2007 which I
have just installed.

All working fine except for one issue. I have three companies which are
each installed as a user on exchange and sbs and each have a mailbox so that
emails go to each mailbox and I have added each mailbox to my login.

I have a Follow up Folder which I use regularly but it only shows on the
main mailbox and I cant seem to get a follow up folder to show on each
mailbox so that any of my follow ups are seperated into each company as
seperate folders.

Also if I set a follow up in any other than thye main mailbox whilst it is
marked for follow up it doesnt show in the main follow up folder.

Any Ideas Please
