How do I add a hyperlink in Word to a specific Visio shape?

I'm working on a technical document in Word and I want to add hyperlinks to
specific shapes in the process flow I'm describing. The process flow was
built using Visio 2003 Pro. I am able to insert icons in Word that get me to
the correct Visio page, but they do not seem capable of linking directly to a
specific shape within that page.

Any ideas?
