How do I add a narrated slide to a Power Point Presentation

I recorded the narration (through Slide Show/Record Narration) for my Power
Point presentation, then added an additional slide. I recorded the narration
for the additional slide through Insert/Movies & Sounds/Record Sounds &
manually changed the timing through Slide Transition. However when I run the
presentation there is no sound for that slide. I thought it might have
something to do with selecting linked narration for the initial presentation,
but I can't find where to indicate a link for an individual slide recorded
through Insert/Movies & Sounds/ Record Sounds. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
