How do I add a note to a contact in Contact Manager, as I can do .

Dwayne

I am trying Outlook's Contact Mangaer to see if I should replace ACT with it.
I like ACT's ability to keep the Notes section open under each contact. Can
MS's Contact Manager give me the same ease of Business note taking that ACt
allows? How? MS's instructions haven't help. I cna't even find the 'New"
the instructions say to click on next to the 'Standard Toolbar'. I often do
long notes/history on contacts so haivng the ablitiy to take comprehensive
notes is important. How can I do that?

Thanks.

Dwayne,

When you have the Business Contact open there should be an "Add" button at
the lower left of the screen next to the "History" window. If you click on
that button you should get a menu that has several options (note, task, etc).
Select "Note" and you will be put into a Note screen.

I'm not sure if you can arrange the contact screen to leave a note page open
or not.

Good luck...

Bryan
