How do I add a revision number to each revision page?

I have printed a family genealogy book. I want to revise the book with
additions, corrections and deletions. How do I add, for example, "Revison 1,
Feb 2005" to the bottom of each and every page to keep the secod issue from
ever being mistaken for the first?

If you want the words Revision X to appear throughout the document, then you
need to add the text into the Footer. Use View, Headers and Footers and then
move into the Footer to add your text.
