how do I add a strip of phone numbers across the bottom of a poster?

I'm doing a For Sale flyer and want to add a strip of my phone numbers that
people can tear off. I can figure out how to do it in very laborious and
painstaking way but there must be a simple way. Can anyone help? thanks,

If you have Word 2003 or earlier:
1. At the bottom of the page, insert a one-row by xx-column table
by clicking on Table | Insert | Table.
2. Select the table, and click on Format | Text Direction |
<choose one of the vertical options> | OK.
3. Type your phone number or whatever into one table cell, and
copy and paste that cell to the other table cells.

If you have Word 2007, the steps are basically the same, but what
you click on to get there is a little bit different.

There are also templates for MS Word that you can look at, and decide to
use:
