How do I add a table of contents in Infopath?

I am builiding a report in Info path and would like to know if you can add
links to connect different sections of the report (I need a link from the
executive summary part of the report to the different sections within the
report). In word you are able to link from the TOC (Table of Contents) to
different sections of a document
