How do I add a template to a category for choosing a drawing?

I am trying to add a Visio template to the list of options when you select a
template from the cateogries when choosing a drawing for creating a Visio
flowchart. I have created the template and the stancil, but can't figure out
how to get it added to the list of available choices. Has anyone done this
before?
