How do I add additional cells to an online template

I am using an online template for a resume, and there are no instructions on
how to add additional rows or cells that will match the template. (actually
I haven't found any instructions for anything for this template!) Adding
cells and rows the usual way doesn't match the template. I have tried
copying the cells and rows that are there, and all it does is copy the words
I have already typed. Help!
