How do I add an Adobe Reader to a Publisher Web page?

I want to add an Adobe Reader file on my website. I have a .pdf file that
works within Publisher but when I go to the web preview, all I get is the
first page of the file and it won't link to the remaining 15 pages. I have
Microsoft 2007 on Windows XP.

I have been hung up on this for some time. I never tried sending it up to the
server since it wouldn't work on the web preview.
