How do I add an "includes" arrow in a use-case diagram?

How do I add an "includes" arrow in a use-case diagram?

The standard UML stencils don't appear to have a symbol for the
include. It is a standard part of UML 1.4 though. You can create an
include stereotype from the UML stereotypes menu but what you can do
with it then I don't know. I've never been able to get anything to
work.
