How do I add an option to the sendto in word

How do I add an option of 'send to cd drive' onto the sendto options list so
that I can directly write a document to the cd drive, from within Word or
Excel. Current options are mail recipient....fax recipient, powerpoint. Dont
want to have to leave office to go to explorer and copy the file to cd.

Add a shortcut in the SendTo folder,
Where that is depends on your version of Windows, not Office.
Try Start-Run and enter SendTo and you should get to the right folder.
