Perhaps there is a semantics problem here, along with a misunderstanding of
how Publisher should be used. While you are correct in that you can open and
import HTML files with Pub 2003, it is not intended as a HTML editor, nor
should it be used as such....for lots of reason. If you have a Publisher
produced website, then all changes should be made in the original Publisher
file, and then you produce new HTML...not the other way around. Read the
