How do I add another HTML editing program to my IE edit button?

I already use Front Page for editing & posting. Although I have Microsoft
Publisher installed on my computer it does not appear in the editing button
on IE. How do I add it?

Publisher 2003 certainly is. I use it on another computer & it does fine. The
computer in question does not show it in the IE edit button.

Just because it can be used to create websites, does not make it an HTML
editor. It is a DTP program, first and foremost. My computer even has a
"Edit with Excel" option. Does that mean that Excel is an HTML editor?
(Please don't say yes.)

Are you asking about the HTML fragment editor? Right-click a toolbar, customize,
scroll down to Insert on the left, on the right, scroll down to HTML fragment,
drag it to the toolbar.

Perhaps there is a semantics problem here, along with a misunderstanding of
how Publisher should be used. While you are correct in that you can open and
import HTML files with Pub 2003, it is not intended as a HTML editor, nor
should it be used as such....for lots of reason. If you have a Publisher
produced website, then all changes should be made in the original Publisher
file, and then you produce new HTML...not the other way around. Read the
following article for a better understanding: "Using Publisher for web
sites":
