how do i add bank holidays for 2009

How do I get corrections for public holidays that Microsoft has allocated to
the wrong date and/or the wrong country in the UK?

From yourself. Open the HOL file in Notepad and correct them. Then remove
the holidays you added and re-add them from the HOL file.
