how do I add cost of item, resale price, etc in access template?

I downloaded an Access Database for Inventory. I want to add the cost of
each item, total $ we have in item on stock, total resale value. Help.

Use a Totals query.
What is the table structure - field names and DataType? Sample data maybe.
