How do i add figures from different work sheets?

Your use of the word "work sheet" leads me to believe that you're asking a
question about Excel. If that's the case, you'd be advised to ask the
question in a newsgroup related to Excel. This one's for questions about
setting up and configuring Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.

When you repost your question to a more appropriate group, you should post
some details in the big white space, as opposed to simply keying in a
subject. Giving an example of what you're trying to do is a good idea. As
well, information such as what version of Excel (and even what version of
Windows) can often be useful to the responder.
