Those pages are just tables and text boxes with 2 graphics. One graphic is
the multicolored rectangles that make up most of the page, the other is the
food clipart. The category and other bits of text are in textboxes.
Turn on your non-printing characters and you'll see they inserted page
breaks to get a new page. This is not going to be a simple click-click and
you're ready to go. You'll have to insert your new pages, add the graphics
and textboxes and then fuss with getting everything lined up properly.
All you have to remember is to add pages in sets of 4 if you're making a
booklet.
