How do I add gridlines to outlook 2003 folders

In previous versions I was able to put horiz and vertical lines in each of my
personal folders. Can't figure out how to duplicate this on Outlook 2003 -
which I just installed today. thanks

Check here: View menu > Arrange By > Current View > Customize Current View >
Other settings

There's a dropdown for gridlines
