how do i add holidays into a publisher calendar?

I'm trying to create a calendar for next year, and want to add holidays,
festivals and other generally recognized events to it. I also want to add
family birthdays etc. Is there an easy way to do at least the holidays etc?
without having to add each one individually?

I have a calendar on my web page with all the standard holidays in text boxes.
You might be able to copy\paste to your calendar instead of typing each holiday.
