How do I add in templates when I don't have the actual office disk.

Carrie

Microsoft Office 2002 was already installed in my computer
when I got it. I don't have the disk for Microsoft Office.
Everytime I try to install a template it opens up a run
window and starts to download then it says I need to
insert the disk. Well, I don't have the dang disk. So, how
can I add any templates without the disk? Someone PLEASE
HELP. I have the following Microsoft Office programs on my
computer. Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
Frontpage, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Powerpoint,
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Wordpad, and Outlook Express.
Although the templates only apply to the first 6 things.
Anyhow, someone PLEASE HELP me!!

Hi Carrie,

To obtain replacement CD-ROMs or manuals, contact the Microsoft
Replacement and Supplemental Parts Department at (800) 360-7561.

When you call for a replacement CD, you may be asked to fax a copy of
the store receipt to the Microsoft Replacement and Supplemental Parts
Department.

Note: If your copy of Office was preinstalled in a computer or
distributed by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must
contact the OEM for a replacement. If you acquired a copy of Office
through the Microsoft Open or Select Volume Licensing programs,
contact the Microsoft Worldwide Fulfillment Office at (800) 248-0655.
