How do I add modems to Outlook Dialing?

I can not dial dial out for Outlook 2002. It does not list either of my 2
modems, it only shows IPCONFLINE & H323LINE. Its says I need to add my
modems, but I can not find anywhere to do that. Both modems are installed and
working with other programs, only in outlook I can not use them.
