How do I add my macro to my toolbar?

I've defined a macro.
I've defined a toolbar.
How do I add my macro to my toolbar?
I go thru the steps but cannot find my macro in the Commands list so that I
can select it for my toolbar.

Well if you have defined the macro and the toolbar the only thing left is
to add the command menu. After you have your toolbar enabled and displayed
select the menu right mouse click and choose customize. Go to the command
tab and locate tools then the Macro List Icon and drag it to the menu. Now
when the menu item is selected it should list macros for the drawing.
