How do I add new contacts to an open shared contact list.

How do I add new contacts to my supervisor's contact list. I have Microsoft
2003 and she had Microsoft 2007? I do have access to her shared contact list.

There are various ways. Creating the contact in your own folder and then
moving it to the one of your supervisor is one method.
