Can someone tell me how to add news groups it microsoft outlook 2007.

Outlook doesn't do newsgroups. It never has (without a third-party NNTP
add-in). News is handled by Outlook Express pre-Vista and with WIndows Mail
on Vista. You add newsgroups by creating an NNTP account in your
newsreader, then subscribing to the groups you like from the list the NNTP
server carries.
