How do I add Photo enlarging Option to bottom of photos on Front .

I want to add photo's of our work on our website. I would like to have the
photographs be displayed at a smaller size with an option in the lower
portion of the photo to enlarge photo and then for photo to resize smaller
after they move mouse off of photo
