For Word 2002, navigate to the folder you want to add to the Places
Bar. Select the folder but do not open it. Then under the Tools menu
(the far right of the "Look in" drop down) select "Add to My Places".
For other Places Bar commands, right-click in the Places Bar to view
your options, such as Small icons or the ability to remove a shortcut
you created.
