How do I add stencils to the shapes menu?

I would like to add stencils to the shapes menu and group the onto a folder.
I have stencils particlar to our company.

Visio 2003 : Tools / Options / Advanced / FilePaths / Stencils
(add the full path to whwre your company stencils are)
