How do I add the OHM symbol to text box in Visio 2000?

Hello!

I am creating an electrical diagram showing resistors. The fonts I use in
Word has an OHM symbol. The font is Felix Tiltling character code 2126. Visio
does not have an "Insert symbol" drop-down box. How can I insert a symbol
code into a text box. Can you help me?

Thank you for writing me back! I appreciate you!

I already tried copying/pasting the OHM symbol from word into the text box
on a Visio drawing. Visio inserted a "?" in place of the symbol.

If you have other ideas, please let me know!

Oooh! Neat idea John. I did not know about the Character Map. I found the
Ohm symbol and clicked on the COPY button, and tried the Visio - Edit Paste
and also Edit Paste Special. I saw the information that stated that items in
my clipboard would be pasted into the Visio... but the result of the paste
shows a question mark and not my OHM symbol. I am using Visio 2000. Is
there something in this program that prevents the symbol from appearing? Or
could it be the process I am using? Copy to the clipboard... then within
Visio, Edit - Paste? or Edit - Paste Special? This is not working for me.
Is there another process?

Your ideas are awesome, John. If you think of anything else, I would love
to hear from you. I am bummed it's not working for me.
